COURT SACKS EKITI ASSEMBLY MEMBER

FEDERAL High Court in Ado Ekiti has annulled the election of Musa Arogundade, representing Ado constituency I in the Ekiti State House of Assembly.
 The court also ordered that Toyin Obayemi, who contested the primary election with Odunayo
 Talabi, to be sworn-in by the Speaker of the assembly.

 Talabi was also disqualified by the court for presenting fake papers while Arogundade was made the candidate in the election.
 They are all PDP members.
