As the sun rises for the National convention
of the largest Political Party in Sub-Saharan Africa, the Peoples Democratic
Party PDP comes up on the 17th August 2016,
we
must lay emphasis on the need to fit the right pegs in the right holes most
carefully and clearly if the rebirth and glory of the party must be actualised.
No doubts, the dawn of a new era for the party has indeed come.
What better ways can the revolutionary glory
of the party that has brought Nigeria from the doldrums to the light of
unmarchable Democratic values, unprecedented socio-economic and technological
development well over two decades be achieved and sustained without
tested,proven ,clear result oriented and passionate leadership.
It is to this end, that the humble yet
towering name of Mal. A Mustapha mni,MFR comes to fore. A political hercules
whose unnassuming personality, commands respect and followership not just
within the north but accross the nation, has shown that when the chips are
down, his tactical and highly seasoned formulas and approach have delivered and
emancipated always from gladiatorial oppositions. Most recently is the result
delivered by Mal. A Mustapha almost single handedly in the 2015 elections.
As the
National organising Secretary,he was responsible clearly for the return of Five
PDP legislators from the North West to the National Assembly comprising of 4
Members House of Reps and 1 Senator from his own constituent state and region.
Call him a man with Nine Lives who inspite of the ochestrated machinations of
the oppositions at the last general elections ,stood to deliver.
A
highly detribalised Nigerian,non ethnic nor religious bigot whose wealth of
experience in administration and leadership can not be over emphasised, is the
Pivot to a new PDP we all so dearly need to salvage our party.Hence, the
clarion call on all party faithfuls and delegates to the National Convention to
come out en-mass to support the candidacy of Mal.
A
Mustapha for the office of the National Secretary of the greatest party in
Africa. As it is said, 'the reward of a job well done is greater
responsibility' let us give the office of the National Secretary to a man well
deserving of a reward and one who will help to rebuild and unite the party with
clear focus that shall deliver the 2019 general elections to the party. We
cease this opportunity to call on all distractors,political merchants who are
bent on treating the person of Mal.
A
Mustapha condescendingly to note that,we cannot afford to place square pegs in
round holes anymore niether are the youths and future of our great party
willing to mortgage excellence,resultful achiever,proactive, passionate and
positively instinctive leadership in the person of Mal. A. Mustapha for
mediocres anymore. We must rise above all forms of divisive deceptions come
17th of August 2016 to suport and vote Mal. A Mustapha as PDP National
Secretary to steer the affairs of our party to victory and liberation for
Nigerians by the grace of God in 2019.
